Ways to use these pages
Create a team kit
Choose two colors for the number 10 jersey, then repeat them on a player and scarf.
Call the next play
Look at the dribbling and goalkeeper pictures and describe where the ball might travel.
Fill the scoreboard
Color the home and away panels, then decide what the score will be after the final whistle.
Start with the ball and match gear
The first two sheets show a large panelled soccer ball, one plain and one with a smiling face. A single cleat, a pair of laced boots, a whistle and a number 10 jersey add the things players need before the game begins. The plain ball and jersey have broad enclosed shapes for a short coloring break. The pair of cleats is slower: each lace crosses small spaces on both shoes. Children can invent team colors for the jersey and carry them onto the player pictures. The sports coloring pages have more gear and game-day scenes.
Watch how the players move
One young player runs toward a ball; another heads it near the goal. A number 10 player runs across the grass, a child dribbles with one foot on the ball, and a goalkeeper stretches sideways to catch a shot. These different actions make good talking points: where will the ball go, and who might reach it next? The flying-kick picture has a large goal net behind the ball. That net, and the standalone empty goal, contain many repeated rectangles, so use a narrow pencil if you want to color each opening separately.
See the whole field
Two diagrams show a soccer pitch from above. The simpler one has the center circle, penalty areas and a pair of goals. The second adds more field markings and small grass tufts. They are useful for locating where a goalkeeper stands or where the number 10 player might run. A blank scoreboard reads home and away with a starting score, leaving children room to imagine the result. If drawing a route sounds fun, trace an imaginary pass across the empty field before coloring it.
Bring in teammates and fans
A team huddles before play, then a child celebrates near the goal with confetti falling around the field. Other sheets show scarf-wearing supporters, a packed stadium and children cheering beside large flags. These crowd pictures have many little faces, hands and seats, making them longer projects than the single ball or jersey. A trophy with a soccer ball on top and a child lifting a cup give the match a finish. For another team game with equipment, players and fans, browse the basketball coloring pages.
Happy coloring!
Pick one moment in the match, then choose the colors, score and story that make it your own game.

Questions
Are there simple soccer pages for a short session?
Yes. The large plain ball, smiling ball, jersey and ball with whistle have roomy shapes and little background detail.
Which soccer picture has the most small spaces?
The empty goal has a repeated net grid. The stadium crowds, confetti scene and laced cleats also call for a sharper pencil.
Do the pages include both players and fans?
Yes. You can color players kicking, heading, dribbling and saving the ball, then choose a team huddle, supporters or trophy scene.
Can I print the complete soccer set?
Each of the 27 selected sheets has an individual PDF, and the Soccer Matchday Coloring Book collects them in one printable file.
